The young male named Jalen Marcus or something like that is working the drive-thru and messed up my order by having me pay for... someone else's order and he got it fixed and gave me my food hey never apologize in fact the whole transaction never said a wordto me. Pretty much the same generation that walks around here acting like we owe them something. Then I usually don't sayanything but being that I've been in the restaurant business for 18 years I asked him in his name and then told him politelythat he should have some manners considering he works in customer service and he proceeded to argue with me that he doesn't workin customer service and I reassured him yes you do work in customer service you serve food to people hey still argued with meand the co-worker lady next to him just rushed me off. Every time I have went to this Jack's which isn't very often it has beena bad experience and almost every one of their employees are not fit to work and the fast food business. Not to mention the foodI got the chicken nuggets 12 piece and they look like their chicken nuggets that have been cut in half. Extremely rude employees. I was working a DoorDash and was left waiting for my order for over ten minutes despite the fact that... my order had been sitting on the counter behind the employees the entire time. When I informed the employees that my order wasready and I was in a rush, I was told ?yeah, I know? and then dismissed. I will no longer accept DoorDash orders from here norwill I dine at this establishment again. Read more
The customer service here is absolutely horrible, every time that we go here. They?re rude and ignore you if you talk. Also they... cut you off at the speaker when you?re still talking, to tell you to pull up to the window to pay. My Mac and cheese was liketwo bites worth and it also had a hair in it. Also never give you the sauces that you ask for. Multiple bad experiences hereover the same things every time. Read more
The service is always great here. Unlike most fast food chains, the food is hot when you receive it. My only complaint is not... with the specific jacks store but the jacks franchise, itself. I had just now noticed that I pay over 8.00 for a combo mealanytime I order from here. However, I am charged $2.59 extra for my drink. Like I said, it's not this particular location butall locations. Every time my wife and I go to this Jacks the customer service is horrible. Last night we went again (Sunday, Oct. 30,) and I... guess it was a new manager there, she was great! She was kind, moving the cars well, and superb. I wish I knew her name, butafter all the bad service we have been receiving from that place, she deserved to be recognized.
