This pizza place is the best in town. However, they use this delivery service SLICE. Today I ordered online, and you have to go... through this place. Normally I call and go pick it up. However, almost 2 weeks ago my grandma (mimi) died. She also swore bythis restaurant. So, slice send me a truck thing, it said my order should be here by 12:37pm. 1:15pm gets here i emailed slicethey said it was out for delivery and should be here in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited. 1:45pm, called slice. They said the driverjust pulled into the parking lot their, and that it should be here in no more than 10 minutes. NOPE!!!!!! finally called theactual pizzaria, they said the driver hasn't shown, that since it had been so long, that to have slice cancel it and they wouldbring it to me. So, now I feel awful cause they go out of their way. I called slice immediately. They lady said no the driveris their. I said stop lieing just got off ths phone with the place. She said she would escalate this to someone. I said no Iwant her boss/ manager. Waited 10 minutes she comes back on and said that their isnt one their. That I cant get a refund bc theorder was actually made. I said bs. That this reoorted thing better call. She said no they email. ALL IN ALL::: CALL AND MAKEYOUR ORDER THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
