This location on University Drive near Midcity is the best!!! I had the number 1 (hard shell taco supreme) with the Mango Whip... Freeze. Delicious!!!! Customer service was excellent inspite of the short staff issue and I didn't have to wait long for myfood. Read more

I?ve not been to this Taco Bell in over a month. However, I went tonight after moving all day and really tired. First time I?ve... ever waited 20 minutes in the drive thru when I was the next car in line. The woman taking orders was not friendly at all. Thestaff usually is always so friendly when I?ve went before, but this time was completely different. I understand if you arehaving a bad day, but there?s no excuse to be rude to others just because your day isn?t going well. I have never been to any other taco bell store that ran out of sauce. The past 3-4 times I've tried this location, they were out... of mild sauce. I'm not sure what their supply issue is, or who the cause is, but I never have trouble getting sauce at any otherplace in town. But, I will say the staff is usually nice. Read more

I waited in line for a long time. Their hours say they close at 1am. I was at the microphone at 12:35 & they told me they can?t... take my order. There was 3 other cars behind me.
