No wonder your score is a 84, 1/2 the tables were dirty, I had to clean my own table for a place to sit where we wanted to... instead of the back of the restaurant where it smelled old and moldy. Bathroom nasty, toilet hasn?t been cleaned in days,workers just staying around or on their phone, buffet was definitely not worth the money, lettuce was brown on the salad bar,totally disappointed will NOT go back. The worst of all was the girl that brought out the pizza for the buffet used her shirtsleeve as a holder for the tray, instead of gloves or a potholder. It's been extremely difficult to find employees during and after the pandemic since they can get paid more to sit on their A$$.... Makes sense they don't have enough people to make your experience perfect. Apparently there are more of you compared to them!Being on the frontline a little appreciation would be nice. A little counter work might do you good! Walk in someone else'sshoes!! Doesn't get much better than this!!!! Terry's has been around for so long for good reason!! I'm just not a fan of the sauce at all. It was the only pizza place; my kids didn't want to finish one slice. It seems it's a... regional taste, so if you grew up with it, you might love the place. However, it just wasn't for me. Personal choice and hopethat enough people like it and the business thrives. Read more
