I read the reviews of this and the other local Wendy?s and they are very bad. They also match my experiences with them in the... past. I stopped eating at Wendy?s about three years ago because of the terrible service, cold food, incorrect order, and dirtydining areas; which are the same complaints reflected in the reviews. Cool weather had come and I really wanted some Wendy?sChili (Wendy?s used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants), so I took a gamble and went to get some Chili and frostysfor the kids. It was nighttime and the outside signage was not on which was not encouraging. However, the staff were all veryfriendly and polite, there was almost no wait (less than a minute), and the food was very fresh. The chili was hot and tastedlike it used to years ago. The frostys were good and not messy or dripped all over the outside of cup. I will have to go backto this location and see if this is consistent and change rating to 4 stars if it is. I also noted there were at least 4employees working. A lot of these businesses are staffing with 2-3 employees and I think that is one reason quality hasnosedived across the board. It?s not because of COVID, or they can?t get anyone to work either, those are just excuses theygive to the public to cover up the fact they are greedy and don?t want to pay for the adequate staffing levels and don?t care ifthere employees are overwhelmed and don?t care that it results in the customer getting outrageously poor service and product. The food you get from this wendy's on average will be horrible. I live close I can tell you that when the sisters are working... usually during the day shift on weekdays you will get the quality you suppose to. Any other time especially when it's full ofyoung males you may get sick. I'll say this start hiring third world immigrants and watch the food and service get better. Read more
Usually a little wait if you try to go through the drive-thru, and they messed up my last order which is why it has been almost... a whole year since I've been back to this particular location. Other than that it is a great location and all seeing that it'sright next door to a Wal-Mart Supercenter, so I can do my grocery shopping and grab something good and somewhat quick to eat allat the same time. ???????????????? We went through the drive thru at 10:30 am on Sunday morning they had the lunch menu up but I asked if we could still order... breakfast. We were told yes. We ordered 3 meals, we were asked to pull up and park so that could make our food fresh. Noproblems! The food was hot fresh and a soy delicious. The frostyccinos were also delicious.
