EDIT: I love the reply - I DID share the experience with the management team prior to leaving on the phone (or at least who the... staff said was management) and was hung up on. Also - I was just overcharged an incorrect evening rate. *** Terrible! Yes -the patio is nice, but the staff are unprofessional (loudly complaining about customers), the service is poor (wrong orders, mixups, served beef instead of beyond beef for a strict vegetarian - and yes, this was specified clearly) the food is overpricedand gas station lunch counter quality. We were a bit confused about take out options and such, and both the young lady at the host booth, and person on the phone were... very kind and helpful. Food was ready quite quickly, and was very good. We got the olive starter, burger, wings, and fish kidsmeal. We also got the apple and the chocolate molton desert. Even though the food taken back to our room, everything tastedfresh and delicious. Would recommend and would order again. Thank you! Read more
