I'm sitting here at the drive through at 515 on Sept 4th. There is 2 vehicles in front of me. One of them an elderly man trying... to order for him & his wife. He is clearly having a hard time understanding the very impatient rude snippy girl taking hisorder. She proceeded to get louder & more rude with the man. I get to the speaker & she kept cutting me off with "is that it". Iknow good emoyees are hard to find but this girl should not be in customer service especially with that attitude. When I got upto the window she was leaning against the counter with this look of anger towards me. Plus my blizzard is soupy not frozen.Boooooooo Read more
I work in town on occasion and sometimes stop at the DQ. The only other closest fast food is Mickey D's in ironwood. Some meals... are better then others once I received a double cheeseburger without any cheese. Slow as always. Food is good. But I swear the only reason this place stays in business is it's the ONLY fast food restaurant in... Bessemer. Though "fast" is definitely an exaggeration take 10+minutes to get food when you're the only person there. Better offgoing to the one in Hurley if you have the option. Read more

Really rude kids that work here. Showed up at 5pm and there were no customers, no line, yet no one would serve us. Walked up to... the order window and several employees just looked at us and continued talking to each other. There were no signs posted sayingthe walk up was closed or to use the drive thru and the employees did not instruct us to use the drive thru. They literallylooked out at us, laughed and looked away. We left without ordering since they were so rude. Would not recommend. Read more
