The restaurant was not busy, several tables needed cleaned off. Nobody was busing tables. Waited for 40 minutes. When seated,... the table was dirty, sticky and large amounts of food left on the floor. The wait on our food was over 35 minutes. When payingfor the meal, all time rudeness! I ordered 2 Thanksgiving turkey dinner platters for a 4pm pick up. I arrived several minutes early and was greeted immediately... upon walking in the door. The employees were very busy serving the full house of customers. I explained I was early for my pickup & happy to wait. They told me my food was being prepared. I sat and watched the efficiency of the staff even on a crowdedholiday. My name was called and my food was handed over. Everything was packaged well, hot, and my order was accurate and mostimportantly DELICIOUS! Kudos to every Bob Evans employee working Thanksgiving day to prepare meals for others.
