Always get your receipt at this location. I understand places are short staffed, hectic, and crazy right now, but at least... properly train the employees you do have. Specifically the ones handling the POS (point of sale) I was overcharged yesterdaymorning on 4/3/22. Called and an employee did confirm I was overcharged, he was apologetic, but there is a big difference in anerror with an order (ex. forgetting cheese on a BE&C) and an error with someone?s money. Luckily in this case I was onlyovercharged a couple bucks by the cashier erroneously ringing up the order. Which was only a large bologna biscuit breakfastcombo. Nothing extravagant. My next and final point is my most crucial one, and what led me to posting this review. Noteveryone has the money to be overcharged- no matter if it?s by a penny or one hundred dollars. Read more
Well, once again you made a WV trip complete! Thank you to the wonderful staff who always shared their joy and smiles, and the... food was again top notch. I've added a photo from my last morning in. "God is in the hills" I always remember hearing growingup! If you don't already know how good the food here is, then stop reading and start driving. I used to give this Tudors a 5 star rating. But with Jarrod the new employee this place has gone completely down hill. I just... spoke to the area supervisor about him. I really don't appreciate being yelled at and talked to so rudely he could have politelyasked me to move my car. I wasn't blocking any part of the parking lot. They ask you to loop around the parking lot. Anothercustomer said he won't be back after being yelled at like we just were. I'm contacting corporate. Read more
