The little girl with red framed glasses was very rude at the drive thru window. I ordered a hot tea and was given no sugar or... honey for my drink when I asked. My child decided last minute she wanted a spider donut and when I asked to add it on she staredat me for a few seconds and then said their were no more of those donuts. I asked if I could add on A donut then? She proceededto stare at me. I had to ask what they had available instead of her just telling me what they did have. I always ask for light ice when I Mobile order because it will be super melted and watered down and I?ve never had a problem but... this morning I receive this (I hadn?t had a single sip yet) and when I asked for more oat milk she said ?we don?t do that hereeverything is pre measured the only thing I can do is give you more ice? I have never heard that or experienced this before whenI?ve done this so it was quite rude and frustrating that this $8 drink had a 2 inch space at the top and the only solution wasto give me more ice???
