If I could give it a zero I would. I have never had some one in customer service be so absolutely rude to me as I did today at... 2:30 at this subway. Went to pick up an order and had to go to the bathroom. Went inside and went straight to the bathroombefore going to the counter. As I am in there I heard some one screaming "excuse me." Me ,being in the bathroom, had no clue whothey were talking to so kept on about my business. Yelling kept going on and it now sounded like it was outside of the door.Some one screaming "excuse me". I opened the door to one of the employee screaming in my face yelling that the bathroom was outof order. I said I'm sorry I didn't hear you. She looked at me, still in my face, and called me a liar, still screaming "yeahyou did". I looked at the door and there were no signs up or any thing saying it was out of order. Baffled I walked up to thecounter, told the other employee (who was speechless) i had a pick up order, grabbed my food and walked out. I have NEVER had anemployee yell in my face before. This encounter made me feel like trash. WHO ACTS LIKE THAT??? there were so many other ways shecould have handled that situation. Had there been a sign up saying that it was out of order I would not have had some employeescream in my face. That is on yall and the way she treated me she should not have a job any more. Placed 2 online orders, 4 subs total. Showed up to pick them up 10 mins after the estimated time they would be done at and ended... up waiting 10 more minutes in the store for them to be ready.. after waiting and bringing them back to house I noticed that ALL4 SUBS WERE ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY SOGGY TO THE POINT THE BREAD WAS MUSH AND THEY WERE PLAIN DISGUSTING. THEY ENDED UP NOT EVENEDIBLE & I HAD TO THROW ALL 4 AWAY. I am requesting a FULL refund for both of the transactions through corporate, Never have hadsuch terrible sandwiches, seriously they were absolutely gross. I tried contacting the restaurant to ask when the manager willbe on duty and who ever is answering the phone puts it on mute and hangs up after about 5 seconds, it happened 3 seperate times.I absolutely will NEVER be returning to this location. Updated review 7/10/22 This is the first time I?ve been back in 2 years. Mathew did a very good job with our sandwiches and he... was also very nice. He is solely the only reason I am updating my review. Good sandwich and it was made quick too! We got 2Italian BMTs on Italian herbs and cheese and 1 6in turkey and cheese. The only issue we had was that the 6in was precut and itwas definitely smaller than 6 inches. Counters were clean and so was the store. Overall I?m happy with my newestexperience. Original review 2 years ago: Absolute garage subway. By far the worst one I?ve been to even worse than the one onHarwood by fitness 2000. Super disappointed with one of the workers. she was Hispanic, short, grumpy, and wasn?t nice at all.The other person who was working was super sweet and friendly. My boyfriend got a sandwich with meat and I got a veggiesandwich, the person helping us didn?t change out her gloves when she made my sandwich...which is super rude and not okay. Youwould think they?d be more understanding and not stupid when it?s between a meat free sub and a sub with meat. We asked for thesubs to be warmed up and she did put the subs in the oven for about 5 seconds...the sandwiches were still cold and not toasted.So next came the veggies, I asked for extra cucumbers but instead got less than a layer and I asked for more and she was rudeabout it. I asked for a little bit of mayo and she didn?t even try to keep the veggies inside when closing the sub and all ofthe veggies spilled out of both my boyfriend?s and my sandwich. So when we are about to pay I scan my rewards card and shedecided to pay for everything with my card on file and she didn?t even ask if that was okay when my boyfriend had already toldher that he was going to pay.
