Went in on 10/22/22. We were not greeted. Meanwhile, the rest of the people after us were greeted right away. Felt discriminated... due to this. The front register cashier purposely did not listen after I placed my order, and was laughing and talking on theirear piece, that I had to repeat it. She did the exact same thing when my husband ordered his. No acknowledgment of our ordersafter, did not repeat it back, did not thank us and proceeded to talk to her ear piece w/ someone. Only thing that went greatwas the freshness and great taste of our food and drinks, and the gentleman working there was polite. Pls re-train youremployees or you'll lose customers. Great place to get a smoothie. Smoothies taste very good and are large. Wraps are good too and not messy so easy to eat on the... go. A few options for kids too. Great place for smoothies & lighter food choices BUT they need to improve speed on drive through especially during the getting... to work on time part of the day 7-9 am. Idea- if they order hot food items in the drive through or smoothies for the entireoffice.....have them park & take it to them! Read more
I don?t understand why this location can?t get it together. I am a regular at this location because it?s on my way to work. As a... vegetarian I do prefer a Tropical Smoothie Cafe because there are more options for me. This location has messed up my order somany times. Whether it?s paying for the extra roasted tomato salsa and not getting it, or adding spinach to a quesadilla and outof all four pieces there is one leaf of spinach. I?ve had quesadillas that were so rockhard you couldn?t even break them inhalf. I went in with my bridesmaids for my bridal weekend and they managed to mess up every single one of our orders and forgotto make the first one. It?s amazing this location doesn?t have more bad reviews I guess people have really lowered theirstandards. But if I?m paying almost $20 for a smoothie and a quesadilla I expect it to be what I ordered. Read more
