Called ahead of time so it was ready when I got there and I was put on hold. I was 20 minutes away and still on hold when I got... there. Waiting ten minutes before I got to order. Trash! All of our food was cold. We received crumbs of fries.? We didn?t receive mango habanero wings or brownies we payed for... which justified a talk with manager. When we spoke with Isela. She shrugged and asked where our cold food was like we wasted ourtime and gas just to get free food. You would think she would offer something for the inconvenience. Don't expect big juicy wings. Expect small overcooked wings. Definitely not worth the cost.
This place is terrible. We don't live in the area but stopped by on the way home and ordered $30+ worth of food. Got home and... the order was completely wrong. Called the restaurant and they said the only thing they could do was give us a refund if wewould drive all the way back and give them the food back... terrible customer service and terrible workers I guess, the receiptwas correct, which was for more cost than the food we received.
