Good things: cute/charming indoor setting. Staff is friendly. Not so great things: they do take a LONG time to make drinks. Even... simple ones. In the store it was just me, my friend and a fellow at the drive thru window. My drink was made wrong the firsttime, and they did make me the right drink, but it still took an excruciating amount of wait time. It seemed like the staff hadno "hurry" to them.
