Wow, I normally treat myself at least once a week to a coffee. I found that I Really prefer the coffee at Black Rock over... Starbucks, hands down! I decided to go through the drive thru last weekend, it wasn't as crowded as normal(no longer coffee rushtime) I want to give a Big Shout Out to Hue he was Super friendly and attentive! I had ordered my coffee extra hot, just afteranother guy made my coffee and handed to Hue.. Hue took the coffee and stated "This Doesn't Feel Extra Hot To Me.. Remake ThisOrder And Make It Extra Hot Please" It was just Perfect! This Is the First Time Anyone, like Hue had Ever Truly Cared About mycoffee order at a Coffee place!! Great little coffee spot. I ordered in person and talked to the barista. I normally drink black coffee, but I wanted to try... something new. She recommended the Mexican Mocha. I asked how sweet it was and she said it was sweet. I told her to cut thesugar in half (since I don't like overly sweet coffee). My drink was very tasty, but it was still too sweet. All in all, I amhappy and if I am ever in the area again, I would come back. Read more
Finally a place that provides consistent, delicious coffee! The staff is always really friendly and the drive thru line is... convenient and usually moves pretty quickly. They only have 1 drip roast available each day, (medium or dark) but I enjoy bothand usually only drink dark roasts. I've also tried an iced mocha and prefer it less sweet and they made it perfectly! Thepastries are a bit pricey but anything we've tried there has been really good, so we don't mind paying a little more forquality. Would highly recommend to everyone! Read more

My husband and I came to get coffee here on our way out of town. It was our first time. We ordered drip coffee with half and... half and a Mexican Mocha. The Mexican Mocha was amazing it wasn't overly sweet and you could really taste the cinnamon. I am notbig into sweetened coffees but I appreciate this mocha and would get it again as a treat. The drip coffee on the other hand wasvery bitter and acidic much like Starbucks regular pike blend. Being a coffee lover I really hate it when coffee is bitter andnot pleasant tasting. We had asked for cream and at first it looked like they had given us black coffee but once we took lid offwe realized there was cream in the coffee however, it was not enough to mask the coffee's bitter taste. For drip coffee I willstick to my tried and true Dunkin if I am ever in the mood for a sweet treat I will probably come back for Mexican Mocha herebut that won't be for a while.
