Went to order takeout for my family last night and was extremely disappointed. The pictures looked amazing and we were excited... to try it. Unfortunately the prices were high, but we figured it would be worth it. After spending $66 we picked up our food,went home ready to eat and opened it to half a burger for one daughter and missing ranch for another. Thought something must beoff since we ordered a kids meal burger, not half a sandwich. So my husband went back to get it fixed only to find out thatapparently that is how the kids meal burgers come. Okay, strange?. But he had them remake it because it was still wrong (hadcheese and we ordered no cheese). Even though he took the whole meal back, and had to wait for the new burger they did NOT makehim fresh fries. So he was stuck with cold fries by time he got home. And they still forgot the ranch. My daughters burger wasdry and not appetizing looking and she was (of course) still hungry. The rest of us were less than thrilled about our food. Justunfortunate to spend that amount of money on poor quality food. And if you?re going to only give half a burger, might want toput it on the menu, so people are aware. Lastly, and probably the MOST unfortunate? I posted my concern (with way less detail)on FB and the restaurant decided to mockingly comment on my post with pictures of their burgers with the caption ?just over heremaking some bomb *** burgers?. Never addressed the actual issue and by that comment showed they don?t care about their customerscomplaints and don?t even feel the need to address them. Oh well! First and last time for my family? I came here for dinner last night. Not sure what was going on but couldn?t order food upon arrival. I was told I would get a... complimentary queso while I waited. Eventually after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I was able to order food. I got my check andmy fault for not checking, was charged for the queso! That I didn?t even enjoy. Tasted straight out of the jar with staletasting chips. I will not be back. Read more

The sign out front was not lit up, it really didn't look open. Well, the service was pretty poor and the food was nothing... special for the price. My onion rings where flimsy, I make better ones at home. The chicken sandwiches were pretty basic, chicken strips on a bun, I'm gonna guess they aren't hand breaded. The atmosphere for a Saturday evening was sedate, grantedit is the weekend of July 4th, so maybe our timing was poor. The bartender/ manager apologized for not attending to us, butcomplained about problems in the kitchen as an excuse. They were having trouble with their Dr Pepper at the bar, so it was notavailable. If your in the mood for pricey, basic bar food, you can probably do better than this place. I'd recommendHardtails in Georgetown over this place. Read more
