Had a discount gift card and we went for lunch. Got the lunch charcuterie for 3/4( there were 2 of us lol). It's served with... three type of meats, rice, beans, and your choice of three sides. We opted only for 1 side, hand cut french fries and they weredelicious. We chose steak, medium, for one of the meats, which was cooked perfectly, bacon wrapped chicken, and marinatedchicken. My fried chicken side was raw in some areas, I believe the chef came out and explained it was the marinade and season that made... the chicken look that way I've been in the industry for 10 plus years as a chef myself, my piece of chicken was just raw. Highlysuggest they get thermometers in the kitchen and if they have them start using them. He did not really seem to show any realconcern at the fact my chicken was raw and really believed it was the season/ marinade, and it was even the last thing that wasbrought to the table. Really disappointed in that experience, though the rest of the food was good, being breakfast food likeeggs and all things that can be cooked in different temperatures the chicken being under cooked was a huge red flag.
