I looked drooled over the menu for weeks just to be let down. Parking was convenient. The server Allison was nice but I went to... the RR to wash my hands and came back to my food just there. The sweet potato fries were cold, not warm, COLD. The fried chickensandwich was really good but the bread pudding and fries and catfish were blah. My best friend I tried this place for the first time. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the service. We came here to have a... couple of drinks and celebrate my recent birthday. The bartender Manuel was amazing. He knew all the regular customers and whatdrinks they normally get. One of the customers that sat near us told us he?s the best bartender in town! We ordered DC tapwaters and it was soo good. Even though it was super busy Manuel made sure everyone received time and attention. He alsoremembered that is was my birthday and made us a wonderful shot, I loved the details he added like the sugar around the rim ofthe glass. Thank you Manuel! Large portions for shared plates, and even larger portions for entrees. This place does not lack in the flavor department, and... the desert menu had this delicious chocolate cake that really tasted like that frosting was made in house. The food is delicious but does not blow your mind, however the atmosphere is amazing so the whole experience is great! We had... the omelets, mine was Oaxaca omelet, French toast, fruits, coffee, a great way to start a day. I could be here just drinkingcoffee and designing. This place allows your creativity flows.
