This location has horrible customer service and took an hour and 15 mins over delivery time to say that they would send another... driver with a fresh order. (Location is 19 mins away) After calling 3 separate times to inquire about the order status, I wastold no one knows the owners name and cannot provide his name due to policy. SN: If you?re hungry for pizza in the Brookland area I would recommend you to find some place else. Read more
Just got my food after it arrived 30+ mins late. The order tracker didn't update to tell me the deliver driver (named Joey) was... anywhere near my building, so I had to call the store to find out that my order was a block away. When dude called mid-walk tosay he was outside, I came down to the lobby to find my food just sitting on a community table and the driver leaving thebuilding without saying my food would be left there until he saw me walking up. *Anybody* could've taken it and eaten it. And ofcourse, I ordered a sub combo to find that the can of Pepsi i PAID FOR wasn't included. Not sure if Joey took it, or it wasnever there to begin with. This is by far the worst pizza boli's in the area. I order two orders of fries, a steak and cheese & two drinks. I never got my... drinks which were about $3 a piece and our fries were incredibly salty. So salty to the point my son started to get a headacheand had to stop eating them. I called back and was on hold for a second only to be told that it's nothing that they can do andIf I ordered again, they'll ensure I get my drinks the next time.
