I choose this Tropical Smoothie because I love to see the people who work there. They are young brothers and sisters enjoying... themselves, making customers smile, being attentive and taking their jobs seriously, but not too seriously. The energy there isalways upbeat and positive. They look out for their customers as well as each other. Service is fast and on point, no matterwhat time of day I go. Parking can be annoying, but I'd still rather go there than the other spots in the area. Lastly, you cantell the people there feel empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company-customer relationship,regardless of their position. This is a great location. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Everyone is very personable and eager to help. The... ONLY reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is it?s a newer location and the young ladies are still learning and getting a flow fororders. Sometimes the wait it a little normal than I expect. When I?m trying to catch the train or get to class, etc it canthrough you off a little. That?s my only complaint but I?m sure with time it will more time efficient. I like the staff and vibethough! I noticed that they are having my review removed but I WILL continue to have it reposted. The owner of this location Scot C.... Moore is incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. I placed a order through the app Monday July 11th at his location by mistake.Once I realized the error I immediately contacted the store to inform them and request a refund because again it was a error andI never picked up the order. The store instructed me to report it through the app that they couldn?t issue a refund. No problemI did as instructed. I received a email from the store owner Scot that evening stating he was forwarded my info and to give himmore details because he?s not sure what I?m expecting. I replied to the email again explaining I made a order at his location bymistake and wanted a refund, he never responded back. After contacting him again Wednesday about it he told me to contactcorporate as he wasn?t going to be rushed. It is now Thursday and I still not been refunded from a incident that occurredMonday. Scot C. Moore has been absolutely no help and has shown poor customer service skills, there is no reason why it shouldtake a week to resolve a $10 issue. Read more
