Supper freindly staff. Was walking by and decided to stop in. I have a corn allergy and was delighted to hear that there were... some items corn free. They can't promise cross contamination but that is normal especially since they are gluten free. They werevery thorough and gave me all the facts which doesn't happen often. I was visiting the Rhinebeck, NY area for a family trip and needed a birthday cake for my son, who has an egg allergy. I also... have a tree nut allergy, and my mother-in-law has an allergy outside of the top 9. I can't possibly express how fantastic Emy isat what she does. She makes delicious, gorgeous food that people like me, and my son, and my mother-in-law can eat and enjoywithout worry. She went above and beyond to make a special design that my 4-year-old would love, and she is genuinely kind,thoughtful, and extremely talented. Do not hesitate to buy/order anything and everything from this gem of a shop! (P.S.
