Wing and a Prayer catered the annual Night of Promise fundraiser for the Union Rescue Mission at the Allegany County Fairgrounds... Multi-purpose building. Bob was great to work with and did an excellent job catering. The food was hot and fresh and they wereable to serve 300+ people in about 50 minutes. The roast beef and chicken w/stuffing was so tasty. They also supplied theappetizer as well as coffee, tea, and lemonade.
