We just got food at the fair and were less than impressed. Flavorless burgers, bland chicken. I gave two stars simply for the... cleanliness I could see in their food truck and the quick service? seemed promising enough but it just was not worth theexorbitant money spent. Maybe we ordered the ?wrong? thing but I am of the opinion that every single item on your menu should beworth 5 stars or don?t put it on the menu. We will skip this one next time. Read more

The service is great. The food bursts with flavor, like an excellent party in your mouth! I have one son who had quit eating... cheeseburgers for years. He thought they were nasty, until he had a cheeseburger at Billman?s at the South East Idaho StateFair. He loved it and thinks Billman?s makes the best burgers of any restaurant or food establishment he has been to. He nowsays, ?In n Out Burger, sucks!?. The steak sandwich with onions and mushrooms is a delightful menu item that should not beoverlooked. Billmans catered our event for Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association and the food was excellent. The cost was extremely... reasonable and affordable for the quality of food that was served. They arrived early and set everything up and made sure thefood was on warmers. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I would definitely recommend this catering service to anyone looking. Read more

My wife, two children, and I went to Billman's for the first time tonight because we had heard the food was good. We arrived at... 7 and we're seated and had given the waitress our order by 7:10; the restaurant was about half full at the time we arrived. Ishould note that we only ordered a couple of hamburgers and a mac & cheese kids meal, nothing too difficult. I felt like it wastaking a long time for our food to arrive, but I didn't realize how long it really was. My one and two year old children werevery patient, but by 7:50 they couldn't handle it anymore. Not one time did the waitress apologize for how long the food wastaking or mention that it would be done soon, we were not ever asked for refills or how we were doing. At 8 we decided to leave,having still not received our food. The only reason I am not giving it one star is because I don't know what the food is like. We took a chance on this place for lunch after reading some of the negative reviews here because we had a coupon. A positive... surprise. Tables were all clean, our server (Kareie) was super attentive and friendly. Food did not take long at all. We orderedtwo burgers which arrived at the same time. Burgers were pretty tasty and came with a huge portion of fresh cut fries (nicelyseasoned). This is definitely a place to grab a burger if you are really hungry. Read more
