Dropped by for a lunch break on our long drive from YS NP to SLC, and decided to have a bowl of hot noodle that we missed thus... far. We got ourselves a bowl of Steak & brisket and Steak & Meatball Pho?s. I must said it was a great pleasant surprise. Firstof all the Pho (rice noodle) was chewy and tasty, of which I would think even better than those back home (Southeast Asia). Thesteak was well cooked, brisket was excellent as it melted in mouth, and the meatball was ok. The garnishes at the side addedmuch favor to the soul. Nice foods with friendly staffs! Read more
