I had the Club sandwich on Sourdough & my wife had the Turkey Cranberry on a croissant bread. Bread is cooked in-house & tasted... excellent. Full line of breads for sale & dessert. Had 5 different kinds of soup & White Bean Chilli available. Busy for lunchon a Tuesday but had plenty of staff to handle the crowd. Read more

I normally really enjoy Kneaders, but today was not a good one. I went inside and ordered several items. I waited and waited and... watch others be waited on and receive their order as well as those going the the drive through. I finally went up and askedabout my order. They asked my name and found my order, apologizing. Once I got home (I live 50 miles from Idaho Falls), I lookedin my bag and missing two of my items. I did call and was told I could have my card credited, which I agreed. Then went to eatmy Bowl of soup and it was a half bowl. That just added to my frustration. Please pay attention. I used to like Kneaders but after my visit today I will not be returning. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by... staff I am appalled. It was apparently an inconvenience for the 5 girls standing up front talking about DUI?s and gossip when Iinterrupted their conversation to ask if my online order was ready. One of the girls actually raised her voice at me basicallyyelling at me about how they were so busy and I they would get around to my order when they could. All I did was ask if they hadan online order for me. After that the entire group of girls went back to literally standing around chatting while at least 5 ofus were waiting for our online orders. To top it off when they finally did get around to making my order(30 minutes later!) thesame girl that raised her voice at me, must have been still upset I ?asked for my order? that she basically threw my food at meand didn?t even look at me or respond when I said thank you to her. I am disgusted and if I were management the way that myselfand other customers were treated by that staff member, she would be instantly fired. I will take my business to a place thatdoesn?t feel so inconvenienced and upset about my business. ??to top it all off, when I finally did get my food I ended uphaving to throw half my salad away because the lettuce was slimy and rotten. Delightful lunch with hubby today at Kneaders. Gorgeous display of breads, desserts, and holiday gift options. I ordered the... Turkey cranberry croissant which came with a green salad, added chips. It was delicious, with moist, freshly cooked Turkey. Halfof sandwich with the chips was plenty for me - had to save room for dessert! My dessert was the raspberry cheesecake tart. Itwas very flavorful and the perfect finish to the meal. Hubby ordered the Club sandwich which came on fresh sourdough bread. Itwas FULL of goodness! Again, it had freshly cooked, moist Turkey as well as roast beef, ham and the fixings. He was ambivalentabout the Parmesan chips & will likely get BBQ or Sea salt next time. His dessert was a chocolate mousse. It was certainlydecadent! And tasted great to the final bite. Additionally the cashier was very helpful in providing info so we could make ourchoices, and the ambiance was especially lovely with holiday gifts & gift baskets on display for purchase. Only complaint? Wewould have loved to purchase a couple of sourdough bread bowls that were visible on wall shelves. When we asked we were toldthose are what they use for meal orders through the day & are not available for purchase. Bummer!! Maybe one day soon they willbe available to buy. Overall?
