I?m sad to say the recent reviews are accurate. It?s odd - a pizza place that doesn?t sell slices, a kids place that doesn?t... offer milk, juice, or straws. Also, the place is plastered with rules everywhere. It cheapens the atmosphere and shows a basicmistrust of their customers. It?s so hard to find indoor play places these days, and this one is big. However, there?s no realtoddler appropriate area and the overall vibe is like the place hasn?t been updated or deep cleaned since 1995. Read more
I came to Leo's with my son, telling him how much I loved the Cajun Philly sandwich. Which they no longer offer on the menu. No... burgers or sandwiches!! Not to mention the side salad was nothing more than iceberg lettuce and hard croutons. Prettydisappointing, but still seems like a fun place for kids!! Read more
We rented a room for a little girl's birthday party. The staff was not very friendly they came in every few minutes wondering if... we were leaving yet. But our time wasn't even close to being up. Pizza was very good. Staff not so much. They were quite rude. Read more
We have been supporters of Leo's from the very beginning but sad to say the quality and service have gone down so badly in the... past couple years. We took our family there for a birthday on Saturday. The family salad was a limp bag of iceberg lettuce with5 croutons and fake baon bits and not nearly enough dressing so we had to buy mire dressing from them. Our pizzas were cold andundercooked. My granddaughter got a bloody nose in the play area and I told a staff person about it and that they would want tomake sure the play area was cleaned up so other people didn't come in contact with her blood. She turned to another employee andasked what to do about it and his answer was, a very emphatic "NOTHING". We will not be back. Read more
