I do not recommend. The food was not good. We all felt a little sick after. The broccoli has brown stuff on it and was slimy.... The eggs Benedict tasted fishy and was bland. The burger was dry and bland. The dinner entrees had very small portions.Everything was basic, no good seasoning or special recipe that made this place unique or good. The soda was flat. This is the third time I have been to this restaurant in Idaho Falls. The first time, great, no problems! A little pricey but... otherwise good. The second time, I ordered a specific meal, knowing exactly what it was going to cost but when I got the checkit was $4.00 more. I called the waitress on it and she just said, ?Oh sorry!? and walked off. So, then I thought, I would giveit one more try. I ordered the stuffed hash browns without the cheese/dairy and no meat, only with veggies. I get my meal, thereis bacon and sour cream. I told the waitress and she said ?Oh, they put bacon on it and you said no cheese right?? Then she saidshe tried to make it as gluten friendly as possible because I told her that I can?t have gluten. ???? She said that the cookmade the meal exactly as she put it on the order. No offer to correct my order or to make the customer happy. The only reason Iam giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food that I could eat did taste good. I literally couldn?t eat half ofmy meal because I had to pick through my food and take out what I couldn?t eat. Very disappointing. And also very spendy forwhat I couldn?t eat!!! Read more
There was 4 of us that went out to Father's day for a brunch/early lunch. There was no waiting....but also the slowest service.... We arrived after my daughter and her husband, and the waitress walked past us for a good 15/20 minutes before we were able toget attention. Understand, I worked for years as a waitress; and I do know that there are busy times ; this was not the case. The waitress finally came and we were able to order. Again, the long wait. All but 1 of the 4 ordered from the breakfast menu. I ordered a grilled piece of chicken with side of hash browns. After a while I went to the restroom and was looking to see howbusy they were. To my surprise, being Father's day, they actually were not busy at all. They had several waitresses that weall were entertained by their loud talking as they passed each other at the end of the wall. This seemed to be more importantto them, then taking care of the customers. Finally, and I mean finally, they brought the food. I think we waited almost anhour for the food; and I could have seen it if they were super busy. That was not the case. Of the 4 people, we all were verydisappointed with the quality of the food. The omelet my husband ordered was so thick with cheese in the center, that it wasdisgusting. it was more like cheese with a little egg. My daughter and son in law were so excited to take us to lunch andended up feeling so bad about the bad food. My hash browns were still cold on the inside and so I ended up 2 bites, taking myfood home to recook it. I looked around at others sitting at the booth just across from us, and the woman was complainingbecause her soup that should have been hot was instead actually not even warm. I think they need to do more training with allof their people. I would have loved to post a good review, but I have to be honest.
