I normally have a good experience every time I go there but the last few times have been awful, there's one worker I've had to... deal with I think her name is Clarice, she is one of the worst workers I've had to deal with every time I order something withher she normally tells me that she's out of it or she can't make it and she's extremely stuck up and rude to customers and seemslike she hates her job. On top of it all she's even more rude to her co-Workers she makes them do everything. Read more

Been coming here for years for my daily boost, always quick and friendly despite how busy it gets. The drinks are always well... made and delicious, plus you get discounts with the Barnes & Noble card. My only issue is that the food they serve is usuallystale and not very good. But still a positive experience nonetheless. Read more

First of all don?t call yourself Starbucks if you don?t accept starbucks gift cards. Call yourself Barnes and noble coffee or... something else. Aren?t they all starbucks? I would say yes cause it a called STARBUCKS. Second why does it take 30 minutes tomake three small frappuccinos. And all the pastries are dry. Also who hides the straws from people. People shouldn?t need tohunt for a straw after waiting 30 minutes for the drink. Overall worst experience and will never go to starbucks ever again! Read more
