I try really hard not to leave group negative reviews. This one can't be avoided sweet Alberto used to be an amazing place sing... place. So excited when they 1st opened the restaurant on 17th street.. We went all the time and loved everything about it..Sometime in the last couple of years though something changed something changed. The quality of the food seems to have dropped alot. The 1st time I experienced this experienced this I shrugged it off as may be a bad day.. Decided to try again and onceagain was disappointed even worse.. Sometime went by and I thought there's no way they can really be that bad So I tried a 3rdtime, even worse. I don't know when or why this change happened but they have become a sub par fast food burrito Spot. I cannotbe the only person that has noticed this period period I hope they make necessary changes to bring the food quality backup towhere it used to be When it was just a food truck and they still had to try. The price increases are understandable, so are the longer wait times than expected due to staff shortages. The sides are still... great and the staff always seem friendly and professional All that being said, the last few times I've gone these burritos havehad an unreasonably high amount of salt in them, to the point where they're hard to eat. I don't remember it being like this afew years back. Read more

Slope must have been very slippery because they went down fast. Love how you tout those humble beginnings in a food truck but... now have crazy prices, super low quality and burritos with lots of filler starches. Also, it says you're open till 9:00, but noone's answering the phone at 8:30 to address that the ordering app isn't working correctly . This is a lack of flavorrestaurant, not worth fighting for. That's the end for us. Bye now. Read more

We used to love going to their food truck, but this was the second time we've been to their brick-and-mortar store on 17th and... weren't as impressed. There was no one there and only one employee and yet it still took 15+ minutes to get our order throughthe drive-through. They were also out of bacon, which is in like half of their menu items. And apparently they don't dobreakfast after a certain time which seems ridiculous because the employee said we could add an egg to whatever other burrito wewanted. And they're so expensive! Sadly, we probably won't go back. Read more

I want to say that my low rating has nothing to do with the employees or service given. They were very kind and professional and... place was clean. Both me and my wife went here for our first time and had high hopes. But unfortunately our food was awful. Bothof our burritos (which we ordered different choices of burritos) were overwhelmed with onion. So strong you couldn't tasteanything else. I doubt this is how they were supposed to be made and suspect that perhaps someone was being trained and theywere prepared wrong. We could not finish them and it was difficult to get taste out of our mouths even with mints in the car. Iam in no way an onion hater, these clearly had been prepared wrong in my opinion. If I return and it is different, I willcertainly change my review at that time. Read more
