I've been considering the Texas Twister for a couple of weeks while ordering the All you can Eat Catfish (which is fantastic). ... Sweet Potato topped with Brisket and other toppings. I was very disappointed when I finally ordered it. The "brisket" hiddenunder the toppings was all chunks of fat. Very little actual meat to be found. Maybe this is how they get rid of the fattrimmed off the brisket? There was so much potential, but... yuck. Read more

I work right down the road from here and finally decided to stop in did not regret it one bit ordered the Porky Fries with... brisket absolutely amazing food came out quickly and was amazing I would definitely recommend this for anyone passing throughfor quick bite or even to sit down and Enjoy the food.
