Food has been cold on more than one occasion. No pride in their food/customer service. The place is filthy, the restroom was out... of soap and the hand sanitizer was empty. If everything is this unclean, the food they make is not much better. Imagine wherethe ice cream comes from?. I?ve lost my appetite. Love Dairy Queen, just not the Imlay City location. Read more
Waited in line for 27 mins for 2 blizzards. Both were melted and were dripping all over our car.... employee looks at us and qsk... would we like them remade. Really???? You had the nerve to ask me if we wanted the worst blizzards remade. Just automaticallydo it. This is absolutely horrible business practices. Read more
Order 2 4 piece chicken dinner got home and there was only 2 piece in each one. Time before that ice cream was nasty warm ... there has been a time they over change on their chicken dinner . So after this time I will not be going back if I like tohave DQ I will be going to Lapeer these kids just can't seem to get it right. Read more
