We stopped in for dinner on 10/29/22 before a show at Hard Rock Casino. Being in the bus. for many years I notice some things... the need to be addressed such as filthy floors even in the lobby: yuk, I could grow mushrooms around the tile around every edgeand corner. We entered and stood there with no greet for a good 5 minutes; we noticed a girl look at us behing plexiglasscashier who never evn acknowledge us or said hello? Another girl, maybe taking a takeout order, just around the corner in frontof us who kept looking at us but again never said a word?? After being seated the waitress was nice but many servers justlooked sloppy: ie. cell phones hanging out their pockets and walking drinks held up under their arnmpits on the way to thetables and such. I realize it Imokolee and there's not much competition but they need to clean up their act as it hurts thebrand. We love the location in North Fort Myers! As for the food, I had the brisket which was quite tasty but you can tell itwas reheated and not freshly made today and not as tender as other locations. I can understand that as its a more remotelocation so preslicing and bagging brisket is better than running out. I had no complaints on the food and my wife loved thechicken fingers. I would stop in again if going to Hard Rock as a Delmonico there is a $76 rip off. If you go to this Rib Cityjust enjoy the good BBQ and don't look around too much. I'm guilty of that. Read more
Went after a long hiatus. Service has went down since our last visit. Mac&cheese was not up to speed. Ribs were just okay. Our... server never brought us our check. Had to do it at front check out. Read more
July 23rd, 2022. Place was empty, came in with a party of 14 for my brother in law?s birthday. The woman who greeted us at the... door (I think her name was Jennifer) very clearly was not happy so she stated she?d give us to a different server. She went tothe back, came back out front and said ?never mind I guess you?ll be in my section? in a very rude tone. I said ?oh don?t worry,we?re nice,? to which she replied, ?I don?t care, do you guys tip?? I assured her she?d be taken care of since my sister and Iare servers and we all tip well because we know the industry. I was already annoyed, but this was our second restaurant we hadbeen to. Throughout the whole meal she gave everyone at the table attitude or an eye roll at one point. When I asked for arefill on my Pibb (it would have been my 3rd) she opened up her eyes wide as if 3 is a ridiculous number of drinks. When it cametime for the checks, everything was split incorrectly, which took about 10-15 minutes to adjust. We waited a very long time forour food (about an hour) but since we were a big party we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Only good part was everyone seemedto enjoy their food. As I said, I am a server. In the beginning of our meal, our server complained about their restaurant beingslow and implied she needed a job elsewhere. I can?t understand how someone who is apparently struggling for money wouldcomplain about getting a big party & then continue to give us bad service. Take advantage of the opportunity to make yourmoney!!! I let my nephew choose her tip amount, and let me say she is lucky he is a generous tipper at the age of 6. Herattitude needs a HUGE adjustment. We really enjoyed our lunch today at Rib City in Immokalee, FL. Our waitress, who's been there 10 years, was excellent & so... friendly. All 4 of us got the lunch half slab ribs with 2 great sides & toast. All employees were very friendly & kept checkingon us. Read more
