Every time I go in there ? EBT ? isn?t working? The 7/11 from kings beach has no issues. Not sure if they are saying this so we... don?t use it. Next time I?m gonna see if it?s true and if works and goes through I?ll be calling NV welfare to investigate thisstore. Read more
Employees are very rude and don't give you a chance to put on your phone number for your rewards card
Poor experience. Just stopped in to buy a drink, the guy in front of me was checking out and his card was getting declined over... and over and I wait about 5 minutes while 3/4 employees are loudly standing and talking behind the counter. Finally, someonecomes to the second register and then my car is declined over and over. He kept saying ?your pin is wrong? while I?m using ApplePay with a credit card?no pin. It finally works. Such a fiasco and the clerk acted very annoyed and rude like I had donesomething wrong. Won?t be returning. Read more
We came in here 8-11-21 around 3:15 pm. Bought around 30 dollars worth of items. My fiancé was holding her strawberries upside... down. The lid was clearly faulty. During check out some of the straw berries spilled out. Instead of apologizing the cashiergave attitude that it was our fault. He gave us an ultimatum that we either pay for the strawberries or he won't sell usanything.
