Service was great despite it appearing only one server working the floor. The food was good nice and hot. You could tell it was... fresh. The chicken fingers are like Texas roadhouse chicken fingers not like the usual frishes chicken fingers. Read more
Me and my husband went into Frisch?s at 8:00. As soon as we went in they told us they couldn?t serve us. My husband asked why... and they said they was unable to cook. He again asked why and they just laughed. We have never had issues like this. The managerstood there and did nothing and laughed about it aswell. We left the restaurant and as soon as we left another customer withthere family went in- and got seated and was given service. They refused to serve us for no reason and this makes the secondtime. We came here about a year ago and was seated and then told we couldn?t eat there. I was never be going to this placeagain. It was awful. Only go here if you enjoy terrible service and rude employees. Past few visits at Independece, KY location we have had Katherine C as our waitress. Even when short staffed, she provides great... customer service and always wears a smile!
