Didn't receive half the order. Ordered a meal deal to feed 4 it was missing 1 large side, 4 biscuits, a gallon of sweet tea,... all of the dipping sauces. Even requested utensils and napkins. Those were also left out of the order.. I paid over 60 bucks, well after delivery and tip was over 70 bucks, didn't receive half the order so the delivery service credited me 5 bucks.Fair? Attempted to call the store, big surprise no answer.. if I wasn't disabled I'd went and got my money back.. but I am.. sowas I a properly handled customer or robbed? Read more

Food was ok, but not selling green beans as a side. Out of white gravy which is the best! Mac n cheese wasnt the best, I... remember it more creamy. Chicken, mash potatoes were good and ocra good when its warm. Biscuits soft, but always need morehoney. Prices went way up since been there last, but that's the normal now a days. Read more

indoor dining was closed. food was great but I didn't care for the attitude of the staff. No silverware to eat your sides with.... no butter or anything for the biscuit.. the staff was young and more interested in their lives then the customer. They didn'tstop talking to each other to even hand us our food. The food was great tho! Read more

Better than KFC, Popeyes, Zaxby's, Chester's and Canes in my opinion. I know everyone has their favorites but, when you have to... travel at least 30 miles in one direction (East) and 45+ miles to the west you decide what chicken is worth the drive! Churchesis it! The 1st time I had it was at Biloxi, MS in 1976 when I was in AF Technical school and again in 1980 for AF Air TrafficControl school. Read more

Not even worth a half a star. I work with mentally and physically disabled adults and they wanted church's chicken for a treat... because they dont have much money to go out whenever they want to. Its a friday evening and we ordered over the phone, went topick up order and the ladies needed to split the bill in half do to both ladies eating and due to state, it needed to be fair,so splitting is the option. Never had an issue at any other food establishment before so didnt think anything of it. Well I waswrong. Went to pay and explained to the woman taking the payment that we needed to split the bill in half as best and as easyas possible. It didnt need to be exact but fair. She loudly said, " I dont think that is possible, why does this need to bedone", while being loud and rude, may I add huffing and puffing. I kindly told her in a softer voice because my consumers werein there with me the reason of having to do this. That didnt help anything I than asked for the manager, she came to the frontand also was loud and rude and basically told me if we cant pay on one card were out of luck. Not only were my consumerconfused they didnt understand why we were basically being yelled at and why they didn't get to eat Church's tonight. I amhighly disappointed in they way we were treated in front of other customers. My family, friends, anyone I know for that matterwill be informed of this and no longer will be eating their chicken again. HORRIBLE!!!!! Read more
