I visited this location with my two daughters; one a toddler and the other a baby. They wanted ice cream with their meals; so... where better to go than Dairy Queen. I ordered a flamethrower half pound combo and asked for extra sauce on the side. I've donethis at every other location and had no issue, but I was told by the staff the only way flamethrower sauce came was pre-made onthe sandwich. I'm not a fan of confrontation; so I just said okay and proceeded with my meal. The sandwich and fries werelukewarm, but I still continued with the meal. I ordered a kids meal for my daughters, with an ice cream in a cup with a cone.We did not receive the ice cream until well after we were done eating, and when it came there was no cone and then we were alsotold they had no chocolate ice cream. Food is decent, wait times are adequate. However, on the off-chance you try to carpool with a co-worker, they are NOT able to do... "more than one order per car", per the guy working earlier today. Update: I wrote a letter to the store manager explaining the situation and my request for a refund of the $6.19 I paid, and in... today's mail I received a letter of apology and a check for $6.19. Thank you to the manager for addressing my concerns. (August27, 2022) On July 30, 2022 at 1:53 P.M. I paid for a medium Blizzard. At 2:10 P.M., 17 minutes later, I walked out because Inever got my food. It should NOT take at least 17 minutes to make a Blizzard. Zero stars. I don't understand why ice cream places can't wait to hand customers an ice cream cone last. If you've handed a driver a cone... and then a drink and then their credit card, there aren't enough hands. Hand them a drink to put in a holder, card to put awayand then a cone.
