This location needs some attention!! I never try to call in orders here anymore because it's always so short staffed that they... dont answer the phone, so I just go in. Never had there only been JUST one person, but this person is so new, they didn't knowhow to ring in the one-topping 9.99 special, so I had to pay $17 which I'm a little upset about, but it's not this person'sfault that they are so new and have been entrusted an ENTIRE store to themselves and without proper training or empowerment todo the job. It's so unfortunate. I don't know how to contact the owner, but someone needs to check this place out. I hope itgets better soon, I like Dominos and this is the closest one.... Read more
Really like their pizza. Only had one issue that they didn't resolve with me on 2 medium pizzas. They brought me 2 thin already... cut pizzas. They were all dried out and folding up and looked like cardboard. I put in a complaint and they asked if the managetold me they were sorry. I said no and he said someone would contact me. But no one ever did. And usually if they make a mistakethey credit us and we get what we paid for. I didn't order that kind of pizza and no one got back to me to make it right. This is the second time this has happened to us from the Noland road store location. I ordered a cherry coke and got delivered a... Diet Coke (which we will never drink). The excuse we got is that they didn?t have that flavor, which is understandable but youshould call the customer to see what else they would want instead of just giving them whatever you think they?d want. For goodcustomer service, you should call the customer to let them know and to choose what to do next. The biggest complaint I havethough is the amount of wait time on the phone? I?ve called 5 times lasting about 5-10 minutes and NO ONE will answer the phone.I would highly recommend checking your orders when they?re delivered before the driver leaves and/or ordering from a differentstore location because this is ridiculous. No you are not crazy the pizza is getting smaller. I went from 3 bites to one per slice before reaching the crust. Ladies and... gentleman, the inflation and "scarce" of materials is a poor excuse to increase their prices as they want their stock to go uphigher to unreasonable levels. Just stop buying from them and go to local. If not, frozen pizza is better. Cheers! Read more
