Make sure you examine your cheese and pizza very closely, I found 2 pieces of black and white hair melted into my pizza please... do better to keep hair out of food, stomach felt very sick the next night employees really need to wear hair nets and tie hairup better especially the girls. This papa johns is horrible. I ordered online thru the app and it says 29 min for delivery ok that's great. I watched it on the... tracker and everything goes good until it gets out of the oven and done baking. Another 15 minutes goes by and no pizza, So Icall the store and she says it's already left. Well 15 more minutes before my pizza and cheese sticks get here and Low andbehold the pizza isn't good nor is it fresh. Rubbery and luke warm so just a Waste of money. Read more
Stay away from this place. This location had huge cockroaches. I noticed one in the parking lot when I went in to pick up my... pizza but didn't think anything of it cause the area isn't the greatest. Went in and payed for my pizza and walked out to waiton it. My son and I went in to get the pizza and had to wait a minute. I started looking around and saw a dead one to the rightof me and one still barely alive on its back to my left. Both in front of the counter where customes come in. Threw away thepizza. Complained about this experience when Papa John's asked for feedback. Papa John's is always good, but you have to really know where the driveway is to get in, especially when it's dark. I had to... circle back around. It's not clearly marked and the lighting isn't that great in the parking lot. But I'll give credit whereit's due, I asked for some extra pepperoncini's, and they obliged, and gave me quite a few.
