When this store is staffed, they're easily overwhelmed and don't seem to be trained. Curbside is a joke. When you get there,... they'll put you on hold forever, you'll get tired of waiting and go inside the store, wait in line 10-15 mins to get your coldfood, all while watching an employee be trained in using the register. The food there isn't good enough to overcome this kind ofhassle. Read more
Ordered a pizza, wings and cinnamon buns for delivery at 10pm on a Thursday. When the order wasn't here by 11:45, we called the... store. I'd rather a 0 but cant. I'm giving up on this location. They can't seem to figure out how to deliver the big box dinners with... out making the boxes buckle in half. Toppings end up on the lids of the boxes. heck, they couldn't even deliver regular sizedpizza with out looking like the driver was driving like he was in a drifting comp. I am so sad to rate so low, but ordering from this location was a really unpleasant experience. Our pizzas were not ready until... 20 minutes past the indicated pickup time, and something was very "off" with the crusts of our hand tossed pizzas (they werealmost as flat as a thin crust) and our breadsticks were flat, pooled in grease, and crunchy. The thin crust pizza we orderedwas fine, hence 2 stars instead of 1. My husband was the one who picked up and said the staff seemed very unorganized andchaotic, that orders were being done out-of- order. Read more
