I know better than to go to this one. It's my fault I should never expect things to be simple. Order to large limeade it wasn't... correct it was a strawberry one instead of cherry had to wait another 14 minutes to get the correct one after waiting 8 mins forthe first one Read more
They got my order wrong first go, but swung back in and they corrected the issue without problem and quickly.. and I left happy
The employees were nice but obviously short handed. The food here is gross and overpriced. It's better to drive a couple more... miles to the Sonic on Noland. It's better still to just make tots and chili dogs at home. Read more
Don't recommend this sonic to anyone . I was there at 4:30 and the drive thru was busy so I pulled in the stall # 2 had two... separate orders. First one was good. The second one I ordered a porktinderloin meal and a double cheese burger and another porktenderloin sandwich. And I didn't check my bag before I left because I had to wait 5 minutes for ketchup packets. So when I gothome I realized that I didn't get my pork loin sandwich and my onion rings that came with the meal so I called up there and toldthem and they said just come up to the come back up to the store and they would fix it. So I went back up there and they wantedme to bring the food back and they didn't tell me that over the phone because my husband was already eating his food well hissandwich. So the manager said that he would not there's nothing he could do because I did not bring up the food. He was veryrude and apparently he does not know how to do his job he has no customer service skills or nothing his name is Joel. So thisSonic deserves no stars whatsoever. Read more

My experience I got there pulled up at the little Standwhere you park at decided on what I wanted to eat I thought about going... to the Roadhouse and then I thought the heck with it I'll have Sonic so I waited about 14 minutes if not longer for my food andthen when I finally got it my cheeseburger is fine my tater tots were really cold so I got on the internet and I proceeded totell the lady that my tater tots were cold and I weighed 15 minutes for my meal and I shouldn't have a cold tater tots shestarted to say well I don't know what to tell you sir our tater tots are I miss you mumbles her words and said our tater totsare cooked to order there's no way they were cold I said you know what why don't you come out and eat one and find out foryourself and so she turned the intercom off to where I could not talk to you anymore so I left will never go back that was myexperience horrible worst ever that was at 23rd and Sterling area Read more
