Horrible Horrible customer service my daughter ordered online for a pick up order, order was placed at 12:03pm she had to be at... a school event by 12:30 we arrived approx 12:15. She went in to pick her smoothie up and she was ignored by the staff, the placereeked of weed, music blaring, the staff was rude and seemed to be to busy entertaining their friends/family and making surethey had what they wanted to eat drink before taking care of the customer. She finally received notice her smoothie was ready at12:44pm a little too late. I did try calling to speak to a manager to get my $8 dollars back but no luck reaching anyone to helpme. Imagine that!!
