I ordered 8pc. Meal got it home, it was meatless & dark crusted . Was really craving some Bojangles chicken made with TLC. It... was July 4th so I was not expecting to have my best Bo time in history, but chicken was not edible. Their excuse was the greasewas burnt. Do they not train employees to replace old grease? They said the guy will be in tomorrow to change it. It was 5pmthey closed at 9pm. I can only imagine how the rest of the night went.. I have been in the shoes of the employees and know howthings work behind the counter. The lady in the drive thru was sweet and they did refund my order with no hesitation 3 stars forthe effort to make it right. Bojangles in general needs to step their game up they've been very lack luster since goingcooperate.
