Food - great food. The children love the mixed platter. Service - Terrible! I am not sure why but a lot of non-American... restaurants seem to lack the etiquette of bringing out welcome drinks. After three attempts of asking for our drinks, I had toget my own water and soda as our food was here. Yes, the food takes time and I don't have issues with that; however, I wouldthink culturally we should be forefront in welcoming guest with drinks and an appetizer before the meal? I know this will notbother the management or owners the least but just a warning for the new goers. Bring your own water and perhaps snacks to enjoytheir meal. Peace. Read more

Food and service were generally good [enough] at this all-Halal Yemeni spot. Bit of a chaotic ambiance but that doesn't bother... us. I wanted a little more (spice/flavor and grill character) from the lamb mandi, but the rice was good and the grilled dishes(mixed grill platter, lamb ribs) fared better flavor-wise (though I personally wouldn't order the lamb ribs again - they're cuttoo thin and overcooked as a result). Will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes! Read more

OUTSTANDING Yemen food! My favorite, and the thing that keeps me coming back, is the Golden Pompano...the aromatic blend of... spices hits the flavor of the fish just right resulting in one of my favorite seafood dish to date! (You have to be okay withbones and other things as this is an entire fish--well worth it!) Only complaint is make sure you come with enough time as theservers are kind of slower than most places. The cook is so kind, though! I certainly recommend this restaurant. ???? Read more

Middle eastern food became an obsession to me because of my friend but after I ate here, I felt even more in love. Honestly, the... wait for the food was all worthy! It is not the greatest nor aesthetic environment but the food turned out amazing!! The lambwas well cooked and soft to touch and eat. The rice was full of flavor and the sauce they provided was just good to the rightextent. It is rare to find middle eastern food that are as good as expensive. Funny part was that I went there on EID. Irecommend you order earlier as possible to your own convenience because you wouldn?t want to wait but trust me that it is allworthy! I hope they keep making such amazing, tasteful and delicious food. Read more

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. The food takes time to prepare, so you have to be patient. In the end, it?s... worth it. Highly recommended! The Arab culture known for generosity but here I did not feel that for a couple of things. First, there was no welcoming drinks, appetizer, or even water. Second, the food portions were small. That?s why I gave you 4 starsinstead of 5. I?ll come back again and I hope next time everything gets better. Read more
