I freaking love this pizza! They have the best sausage. It?s all crumbled and covers the pizza. The cheese to sausage combo make... my mouth water just thinking about it. My go to pizza is obviously sausage here but they have an amazing ham and pineapple andthat?s not something I typically like but theirs is great! Honestly, now I need more of this pizza. I'll start by saying Bazbeaux is one of my favorite pizza places in Indy. Their pies, including the Quattro, are delicious.... However, over the years I've experienced consistency issues between locations and within locations. They are pricey pizzas sothe inconsistent quality isn't excusable. The crust texture, toppings, and even size vary. My 16" pizza was oblong and 2" short.That's a noticeable amount of pizza missing! Read more
