Gave me the wrong sandwich. Neve answered the phone no matter what time I called. I live 15 miles from this Burger King. I?m... planning to return the two sandwiches tomorrow morning and get what I ordered. Very poor customer service!! Read more
Location was almost empty of customers, nobody in the drive through line, took 10 min to get my food, had 2 people ask me 3... different times after ordering what my order was, then gave me the wrong sandwich. Both bathroom doors were propped open withwet floor signs but not a drop of water on the floor. Called in to speak to the manager, they picked up the phone then hung upimmediately. I?ve came to this location 4 times. Only got what I wanted once? they need to train the employees the difference between the... spicy cream, and spicy glaze. Very dissapointing.
