I ordered a large fry and it wasn?t even close to full. I should have just ordered a medium. The chicken was also not fresh and... pretty cold. And my cookie was burnt. The workers were friendly but the food wasn?t good quality. Read more
I am visiting my son and his family and we decided Chick-fil-A would be a great place for lunch. I hadn't used the app for a... long time so I had to recreate my account. As with most apps first I picked the store, then navigated the menu. A couple oftimes when I went back it actually made me reselect the location. I added Nuggets without adding sauce, so I added them againthinking I could delete them later. I couldn't. I was able to add sauces. Order went through fine, but the screen locked beforewe arrived. This caused the app to freeze. Fortunately when I reopened it was at the order completion. But it denied we were atthe store. It did allow me to override that and our order was delivered. Service is always great here but tonight was extra special. A very sweet young man named Gregory offered to pay for fries I... added to my order after the fact. Horrible experience both times. First time I went there when they first opened, I didn?t see the curbside parking and I parked... in the wrong spot, (it was numbered too) the girl snapped at me. I brush it off Tried it again today. Ordered 2 meals with 4chix strips and fries. We asked for 3 bbq and 3 honey mustard, we got 1 bbq and the honey mustard. Spent $24. Skimpy chicks.Tenders and stale fries. I?ll make the extra trip to Southport rd location! Never had a bad experience there. Read more
