This place is supposed to be open till 10 and i went there around 8 PM They were already out of chicken and brown beans and... salsa and lettuce. And i can clearly see that the staff behind the server was actually busy in packing their food with the samemissing items from the counter. They were more interested in packing their food rather than attending customers. And so theyalso closed the place early before the timings. Drinks station was not working. Spoons not available. This is the firstchipotle I am giving 1 star. Poor experience. I will prefer to visit a gas station rather than this place. Read more

The staff working tonight (11/8/22) not only seemed to be in a bad mood but were incredibly rude. They rushed us through our... whole order and I asked for a kids meal over five times and was not acknowledged. When we were finally acknowledged a very rudeyoung lady treated us very badly when we reminded them of our kids meal. We almost did not go in because the staff was doingtheir closing duties at 7:00. The chairs were being put up and they were cleaning. I really wished we would have just not gonein. Read more
Food is always good. Order is almost always incomplete and there is not a good way to get it corrected. The company does not... give the staff good systems or training so despite the folks at the counter being good workers, they can?t provide greatsupport. Read more

Don't bother going - ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING. Things they've been out of at various times: guac, queso, veggies, steak, and... white rice (which is absolutely ridiculous). There's less than 25 things they go on a burrito, how can it be so difficult tohave it cooked and ready. I wouldn't be surprised if you go and they're out of tortilla. If you're still going to go, don'torder online: they will always screw up the order. Forgetting things like double protein or guac when you've paid extra. Read more
