The best soul food place in Indianapolis!!!! They give you what you pay for excellence!!!!! My first time there it was the... owner's Birthday! Happy Birthday and many more! Had it for the first time yesterday. Servings were so generous I had plenty leftover and just ate it for an early dinner. Hubby... and I ordered smothered chicken and I got the Mac and yams. He got green beans and greens. Everything was so good. But the bestpart was the AMAZING customer service. Such nice peope!!! The ONLY thing that wasn't excellent was the cornbread but maybe itwas just a bad batch. We will definitely be back now that we found this gem! Read more
My dad, Michelle and I wanted some home cooked foods and we found it at Circle City Soul Food. Dad had there catfish, sweet... potatoes n orka. Well he didn't even talk his food was so good. Michelle n I had their fried pork chop, collard greens, sweetpotatoes n Mac n cheese. The pork chops were juicey and tender; fried to perfection. The greens were well seasoned with spices nturkey meat, sweet potatoes were so tasty and not overly sweet n the Mac n cheese creamy n cheesy. Oh forgot the desserts, lemoncake and strawberries w/pound cake. Yummy ???? We will be returning to try other foods from their menu. Only open on Sundays,12noon-5pm.
