Tried to support this location but bad quality is consistent. Orders are frequently wrong and cold. Returned to have my order... corrected and the team member ripped the bag out of my hand blaming me for her mistake. No apologies and of course, it was wrongagain. The location is clean and convenient but with 9 people working behind the counter; they have to do better. It?s justcoffee. We are any to order and go on with our day. I placed a corporate order for donuts that was supposed to be ready at 5:20 AM. The app confirmed that the order was ?ready for... pickup.? When I showed up at the store at 5:28 AM, no one was there. The doors were locked and the lights were off. Now I amtrying to get a refund for the food I couldn?t pick up and I had to scramble at the last minute to pick-up food elsewhere for mymeeting. 2 stars because the store itself looked nice and the food is likely fine. It was my 1st and will be my last time dining in here. We didn't get greeted. Everyone had a expression like they didn't want to... be here. I really want to love it because it?s close and has a drive thru. But the drive thru people always seem a bit lost when taking... my order, my breakfast sandwich has come in 3 different kinds of packaging the last 3 days (most recently a cheap plasticsandwich bag that got steamed up and made the bread soggy), and even when it goes well, the quality is always still? well?Dunkin?. On the plus side, everyone is at least very nice, their iced coffee is pretty good, and they?ve got a cheap sprinkledonut that I can bribe my kid with on the weekends. Read more

The person who served me was a young lady who was rude to her guests. I ordered a hot drink but she gave me an iced latte. When... I brought it up to her that the order was wrong she complained that I had given the order incorrectly by not letting her knowthat it was ?hot?. I had already told her that it was a hot latte and that is what she had printed on the label too but she didnot accept her mistake. She then served other guests before she completed my order. Instead of making a new one she just heatedup the iced latte that she had prepared before and added more milk in it. I asked her if she could make a new one, she deniedand the latte was the worst latte I have ever tasted. This was my worst dunkin experience ever. Read more
