Tried to give this place a second chance as this was second visit within 2 months. This time it was worse and I had to write... this review. Order was placed and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get half of our food. Interesting. The reason they serversaid was that online/take orders placed before ours. This was issue last month waiting long for food but it was not this long infact got worse. Still should not take 1.5 hrs to get food after an order was placed in your establishment. Once we got half ofour food it was cool/cold - fries, wings, tenders, burgers. Beer was cool/warm. The bartender said they were having problemswith their lines so the draft beer was not cold. Wish we were told that beforehand, but okay. Then the women’s bathroomflooded. Men’s bathroom was not clean for kids. We left. It was not terribly busy either and we weren’t the only ones. Notsure if is staff issue or management issue or both together but either way I think we looking for new place since this was thesecond time with even more issues unfortunately. Read more

Very horrible service. The waitress was rude and only wanted to take part of the order. When our order came one it was one at a... time and stringed out. The last item that came out was a kids meal which should have been one of the first. Our food was coldand not right when we said something to her she rolled her eyes and started arguing with us. The manager looked very new anddidn't know what to do. He looked scared to fix the mistake of the waitress. I would say this is the worst Hooters I've everbeen to. Read more

So we tried Hooters! The greeting at the door was pretty weak. Hearing "you can take them or I will" isn't the way to begin an... experience. We were seated by the "lucky" waitress. Place was empty but clean as long as you don't look up. Still seemed kind ofsad. We ordered the Wings Sampler, extra order of fries, sliders and 4 beers. I will never eat here again. All of the food wassalty. I mean raise your blood pressure salty. My wife decided the beer was probably good because the food was so salty. Thesliders were burnt beyond recognition. Being able to see the kitchen window isn't the brightest idea for a company serving lowquality food. Here's a thought...hair nets and uniforms. Back to the table service...she had a corporate badge on...so this madethe okay service even worse! She asked about food after watching us brush the salt off of the fries just to try them. I told herthe food was bad and she chuckled and ask if we wanted to go boxes. I told her no...she still didn't pre bus the table. We leftthe mercy tip of 20%. This brand had a niche offering...now the competition up the street is making Hooters obsolete. Read more

Went to Hooters tonight and was very disappointed. Ordered 10 original breaded bone-in wings and got 10 naked wings. My wife... also ordered breaded shrimp and got naked shrimp. . Both orders did not appear to be cooked to order, barely warm. Was not busyat all, so I know that wasn't the issue. Have been a Hooters fan for a long time, but not sure I will be going back. Stopped here 8/9 for lunch…as far as Hooters go, it was pretty good. Some we’ve been to are terrible. Friendly service. Were... there in the middle of the afternoon, a couple people at the bar when we arrived & ordered, took surprisingly long to receiveour food. But order was correct & tasted fine. Woman’s restroom had zero towels to dry hands. Read more
